Strength Circuit
Details
This 30-minute powerful workout is perfect for when you're short on time and want to get the most out of your workout. It involves a consecutive series of resistance exercises, using a variety of equipment and your own bodyweight, that are performed with short rest periods between them. These exercises will build overall strength and improve muscular endurance. It is an effective training method to decrease total body fat and increase muscle mass. Pay as you train £6.00 per class.
