30 Minutes Of Spinning Followed By 30 minutes Of BOSU Exercises. Spinning is taught on stationary bikes, which have various tension levels, providing a brilliant cardiovascular workout, burning many calories in a short space of time, increasing your cardio endurance, whilst relieving stress, building muscle tone and reducing risks of injury. BOSU stands for "Both Sides Utilised". The ball has a flat surface and a hemisphere. The hemisphere is half-filled with air, which provides enough instability that prompts the recruitment of all the core muscles, helping improve your abdominal strength and balance. The flat surface provides stability to do everything from cardio moves to strength training exercises with maximum precision. Pay as you train £7.00 per class. Monthly membership option available.
