Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. It’s a mix of cardio, resistance and bodyweight exercises as well as drills and sprints. Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners and advanced. Pay as you train £6.00 per class. Monthly membership option available. Booking required - please text Robin on 07949 502185 to book.
