Start or restart yoga in the new year! Yoga increases strength and flexibility in the body but does so much more! Improves breathing, reduces stress, helps you be more present and centred in your whole life, so that you can be more authentic and truly yourself. Taught by Vanessa, an experienced and kind teacher, it doesn't matter what level of fitness you have, what age you are etc etc as the yoga can be adapted to where you're at, with flowing sequences, focused breathing, and visualization, followed by a long guided relaxation.
