Menopause Yoga Taster Session

I'm so excited to offer specialist Menopause Yoga classes to help EDUCATE, EMPOWER and SUPPORT other women and help reframe this profound and challenging time of life into a positive 'Second Spring' 🌱 classes will use a combination of up to date scientific research and ancient Eastern techniques to alleviate symptoms and provide information on all aspects of the Menopause. Following these taster sessions, I will be running weekly classes every Monday at the same times 🧘♀️ These taster sessions are open to all women who are interested in the subject regardless of yoga experience or what stage in life they are in. There is no need to book but please bring a mat and a blanket.
