Baby yoga and postnatal yoga is suitable for parents with babies from birth to crawling. These classes are essential support for new mums and help babies settle as well. Breathing, singing, movement, and relaxation, yoga for mums and babies. Each session is different, as they are completely baby led. Join us to learn practices to help baby and mummy bond, stretch/strengthen and relax after birth. Post-natal yoga helps support our core function and ease out the aches and pains from being a mum. It is the perfect maternity leave class to relax and make friends.
