Sign up for the Oxenhope Charity Straw Race on Sunday 6th July, a beloved tradition held annually since the 1970s, which donates 75% of funds raised to Sue Ryder. Teams of two or more dash through Oxenhope village, donning fancy dress and hauling a 20kg bale of straw over 2.5 miles. But this isn't your average race; it's a test of endurance and fun. As runners navigate the route, they'll make pit stops at five local pubs, downing pints of beer along the way.
