Run by a recently retired MSK Physiotherapist and suitable for beginners. Keep your mind, spirit and body healthy with Hatha Yoga. Including breathwork, asana poses including strengthening and stretches and a short body scan meditation. Leaving you feeling centred, positive and ready to take on the day.
