Circuit training is a form of body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners and advanced. Pay as you train £6.00 per class. Monthly membership option available. Booking required - please text Vicky on 07702 904668 to book.
