By combining heart-rate-revving sprints and muscle-building climbs you’ll improve your cardio endurance, lose weight and strengthen your legs and core. You control the resistance and speed, so you can tailor the class to your own fitness level…the motivating music will keep you moving. Pay as you train £6.00 per class.
